Over more than a decade, Dr. Guischard has owned P&L performance across multi-state portfolios of 20-plus locations, led post-acquisition integrations to stability within 60 days of close, and turned underperforming markets into high performers within 90, in PE-backed and growth-stage environments where speed and accountability are non-negotiable.
As a Regional Operations Manager at AT&T, she hired and promoted store and district managers. As Director of Sales and Operations at Avenue Living, she led manufactured housing communities across North Carolina and Georgia. Her career also includes director-level operations in specialty pharmacy.
She pairs that operational record with a doctorate in psychology, giving her a clinician's eye for the leadership, culture, and performance dynamics most operators never see.
Today she advises PE-backed and growth-stage companies on integrations, turnarounds, and leadership, and helps small business owners build the systems that let them grow.
